Psychological and psychiatric treatment and counseling services, including individual and group counseling, provided by a mental health professional licensed or authorized within the State, including psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical nurse specialists, social workers, and counselors.

 Therapy/Counseling on an individual or group basis by licensed mental health professionals, and facilities to include: psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical nurse specialists and social workers, mental health counselors, and/or marriage and family therapists, as per Chapter 394 of the Florida Mental Health Act.
